I once read somewhere, concerning secure fencing, that "If it can hold water, it will probably hold a goat."Is this some sort of scientific test? Enquiring minds need to know.
Hmm, Grumpy, you are correct as usual. The trough holds water and was briefly able to contain the swimming goat. Unlike many of the fences around here.
