Our Little Comet
We had a very sad day yesterday. We lost Jammies' little daughter Buckles. She was only here a short while, but she had a big spirit. She blazed through the world. Goodbye Buckles.
I'm sorry. The Goatmother has me woefully behind. We are SO very sorry for the loss of Buckles. And she had such a nice white spot on her head like me, too. Big hugs to Jammies and especially to the Goatfarmer.
I'm so sorry - take care.
ReplyDeleteOh, I am so sorry.
ReplyDeleteWhat happened? She was truly beautiful.
We here at Willow Fen Farm extend our deepest sympathy to you. We have had a few "comets" zoom through our lives this spring as well.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry for your loss. Summer kids. We lost one this weekend and it is never easy.
ReplyDeleteQueenacres, Goatfarmer, please educate me. Are you saying summer kids have a higher death rate than winter babies? If so, why?
ReplyDeleteMillie -- tell the goatfarmer to go talk to Penrose. Penrose will have the right words.
ReplyDeleteOh that is so sad...what a cute little thing she was...we're so sorry! :(
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad event. It is such a difficult thing to lose one so young.
